This route heads straight into the hills of La Vallesa: narrow trails between pine trees, gentle climbs taken at a walk, and the odd clearing where the valley suddenly opens up and you just want to stop and look.
Two hours is exactly the time it takes to stop thinking about the horse and start enjoying the landscape. At first you’re focused on the reins; half an hour in you’re looking around, listening to the pinewoods and breathing in the scent of the hills. That’s the whole point.
No previous experience needed: the pace is relaxed, you’re with a guide the whole way, and we pick the horse that suits you best. All you need is to be up for a morning out in the open air.
